The aim of the IPS is to develop interdisciplinary Peace Research agenda at CU and in Georgia via several activities:

• - Support young researchers interested in Peace Studies;
• - Develop local professional peace studies network and support the integration of Georgian researchers  in international peace studies networks;
• - Cooperate with research and donor organizations in Georgia and abroad to attract resources for the development of learning and research opportunities in     Peace Studies;
• -  Organize Peace related International Conferences, workshops, seminars and summer schools;
• -  Further develop Peace Studies curriculum and integrate them in educational programs at CU.
